Daddy...

I have the best husband in the world! So that means that Karys and Hannah have the best daddy in the world.

I taught a ladies Bible Study class this past year and it was a great experience. The class was based on a book about the lies that women believe. One of the lies went something along lines of "God is just like my Father." The author went on to explain that many women have a hard time accepting God as their heavenly Father, because the only father they knew was their own. Many woman can not fathom a daddy who loves his little girl, treasures her, and would die for her. During the course of that class, I realized how very blessed I was because I did not have a hard time in trusting God as my heavenly Father. I grew up with an awesome daddy, and 2 amazing granddaddy's. I know what it feels like to be loved, treasured and I KNOW my daddy, or granddaddy's, would die for me.


As I look at Roger with Karys and Hannah, it makes my heart smile to know that our girls have a truly awesome daddy. They are learning the love of a Father and I'm most positive that as they grow up and become more aware of who God is and what He means, they will treasure Him as their Heavenly Father and thank God for the earthyly daddy they've had as an example. I know I do!




I work on Tuesday nights, and Fridays, and I get out other nights of the week. Roger keeps the girls while I'm gone. I was scrolling through pics on our camera and these are some that I found. I know they'll be treasures one day! Enjoy!
