Happy Birthday Hannah!
Pretty girl at her 2nd birthday party. This is her sweet, quiet, inquisitive side.
Here's Hannah's happy, loud, loud, loud, loving life side! First Birthday - Where did a whole year go?
Blankie - There's nothing like him!
My Sweet Nanners,
Words don't even begin to describe how my heart aches over you being 2! You are my baby - and I can't believe how big you have gotten and how much you have changed our lives.
I loved the way your personality showed through the moment you were born with a curiosity of the world, but an acceptance that this was okay.
I loved that we saw your daddy's dimples at your very first feeding - and then we realized how much you look like your daddy.
I loved the way you grew our hearts to love another little girl. Your sweet noises, coos, and sounds just added to the joy of our house.
I loved the late nights we spent together just the 2 of us. It was sweet special times that we didn't get very often. I'd sit and hold you in the dark for as long as I wanted and no one would interrupt us. I miss those times with just you!
I loved the smiles you always gave your big sissy and you just knew she'd become your best friend.
And now, my 2 year old big girl!
I Love, love, love your love for life. You're always on the go, finding out how things work, making noises, talking, singing, jumping. You are non-stop energy and you enjoy every minute of it!
I love to hear you call for "Sissy" and go running after her to see where she is and what she's doing. You are so lucky to have such a good big sister.
I love your silly side and the laugh you give us so often. Although it's ear-piercing and time, it still makes my heart happy to see your smile.
I love your soft quiet side too. You still let me rock you before you go to sleep and I'm so thankful for that. I love how attached to your blanket you are and with a blanket and a rocking chair mommy can make anything better.
I love the continual entertainment you bring to us each and everyday. There's not a day that goes by that we don't laugh at the cute things you've done!
Hannah, You are my sweet nanners, Daddy's little "Roo" and Karys' "sister." We love you very much and thank God each day for bringing you to our family. We pray that we are raising you in a way that you will know and love God with all your heart, and that we are helping you to achieve all that God has planned for you. But, for now...He wants you to be 2 - and I'm so thankful for that. Don't grow up to fast, Nanners.
I Love You Sweet Girl!
